Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the victim girl has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded.
Obviously, the law will take its course. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains to be done in this case.
Accordingly, WPA 7615 of 2019 is disposed of.
However, this will not preclude the parties to proceed in accordance with law, if any remedy is available to them on the issue.
