On 9th April, 2021 we rejected CRM 717 of 2021.
It appears from the said order that at the left-hand
corner it has been inadvertently typed as “allowed” instead of “rejected”. It would be “rejected”.
Let the mistake be corrected.
Let the same be part and parcel of the order dated 9th April, 2021.
The other portions of the order dated 9th April, 2021 shall remain unaltered.
