among the parties, the State shall takeout appropriate proceedings for the

acquisition of the area of land admeasuring 88.57 square meters from the plot

bearing Cadastral Survey No.65 of Lower Parel Division.

Mr. Khandeparkar, learned counsel clarifies that his clients do not dispute

the ownership of the said land. He, however, submits that his clients are asserting Leasehold Rights in respect of the said land, and not ownership.

Given this, nothing further survives in Company Application No.62 of

2017 and Interim Application (L) No.15747 of 2022.
