Bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties each in the like amount; (b) attendance at the concerned Police Station every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet, cooperation with investigation, and attendance as and when called; (c) furnishing cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and keeping them updated; (d) no inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts so as to dissuade disclosure; (e) no tampering with prosecution evidence and no contacting or influencing the Complainant or any witness; (f) no leaving India without prior permission of the Court.
