. Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions, states that, he has no objection for exhibiting the documents by the trial Court, however, as the documents have been exhibited post its production pursuant to a call for the same during the course of the cross-examination, the Petitioners be allowed to further cross-examine PW-1 in relation to those documents. He further states that, the Petitioners undertake to cross-examine the said PW-1 on the due date i.e., 18^th December, 2024. Further, Mr. Kadam, the learned Counsel requested that immediately after the cross-examination of PW-1 is closed, the Petitioners be allowed to file an Application seeking cancellation of a non-bailable warrant issued against them and for recording their statements under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.
