PER COURT :-
. This is the Writ Petition for issuance of writ of Habeas
Corpus by the parents and husband of lady namely Manisha contending
that she had gone missing with her daughter aged 16 years.
2.This Court passed detailed order on 06.05.2024.
3.Today, Petitioner No.3, his wife namely Manisha and their
daughter namely Vaishnavi are present in the Court. Considering the
subject matter of the Petition, the matter is taken up in the chamber.
4. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner, learned APP, Petitioner
No.3, the wife and daughter of Petitioner No.3 are present. The wife of

Petitioner No.3 namely Manisha informed that she had filed matter for
divorce before the concerned Court against Petitioner No.3 and the
proceedings are pending. On asking their daughter – Vaishnavi who is
minor by age as to with whom she wants to reside, she said that she
wants to reside with her mother. When the parties interacted with each
other for quite some time, Petitioner No.3’s wife Manisha informed that
since her mother i.e. Petitioner No.2 is not well, she will go and meet
her.
5.In view of above, no further directions are required and this
petition stands disposed of accordingly.
