2.1) The practice adopted by Advocate Ms. Shreya Mohapatra and Advocate Ms. Navaz Dordi prima-facie appears to fall within the purview of Section 35 of The Advocates Act, 1961, so also it attracts the provisions of The Contempt of Courts Act, as our directions have not adhered to by the concerned Advocate(s).
4.1) The Prothonotary and Senior Master is also directed to serve copy of this Order on the registered address of those Advocates by deputing Special Bailiff in that behalf.
This be done within a period of one week from today.
