1. The word “Secretary” appearing in line-2 on internal page No. 2 of the order dated 30th November 2023 shall be corrected to read as “Committee Member”. The aforesaid correction be carried out and the copy be uploaded afresh.
2. Mr. Shantanu Raktate, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 would however, refute the contention of the Petitioner seeking clarification which is given hereinabove. He would submit that he has documents to show that the Petitioner has misinformed to the Court that he was the Secretary. At that time, he was a Committee Member only but still he misinformed the Court that

he was the Secretary. The submissions made by the learned Advocate on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are noted by the Court. I am informed that the Contempt Petition has thereafter been withdrawn. In that view of the matter nothing survives. However, the fact that the Petitioner was a Committee Member at that time is not even denied by the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6. In that view of the matter, the correction which has been sought for by the Petitioner is accordingly directed to be made after noting the objections raised by the learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 6.
3. On the basis of the above directions a fair copy of this order be uploaded after carrying out the correction.
4. In view of the above, the praecipe is disposed.
