1 The primary grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are unauthorisedly running the school without proper infrastructure. Time to time the Petitioner has made correspondence with the Authorities but no cognizance is taken.
2 The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have permission to run the school upto 5th standard and that it stopped running the school even before filing of the PIL.

4 In light of that Petitioners grievance may not subsist. If on any other aspect the Petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the Authorities. The Authorities may consider and decide the grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits.
