1 The primary grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent Nos.1 and 2
are unauthorisedly running the school without proper infrastructure. Time to time the Petitioner has made correspondence with the Authorities but no cognizance is taken.
2 The learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have permission to run the school upto 5th standard and that it stopped running the school even before filing of the PIL.
