2. Petitioner - Sunil G. Jadhav (Original Accused) in Writ Petition
No.1376 of 2015 has impugned Order dated 20th January 2015 passed by the
Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, in Misc. Application No. 10 of
2015, thereby directing investigation under Section 156(3) of The Criminal
Procedure Code, on a complaint filed by Respondent No.2. Whereas Petitioner

- Devendra S. Doctor in Writ Petition No. 995 of 2016 is Original Complainant
in Misc. Application No. 10 of 2015.
3.Learned A.P.P. submitted that, in furtherance of directions issued
by the Sessions Court dated 20th January 2015, M.E.C.R. No. 56 of 2016 was
registered by Anti Corruption Bureau, Mumbai. That, after completion of
investigation, the Investigating Agency reached to the conclusion that the
complaint filed by Respondent No.2-Devendra S. Doctor in Writ Petition No.
1376 of 2015 has no substance in it and infact was of civil nature.
In view thereof, Respondent No.1 filed “C” Summary Report
before the learned Special Judge, under P.C. Act, Greater Mumbai, bearing
A.C.B. Miscellaneous Application No. 807 of 2020. The Trial Court by its
Order dated 21st June 2022 was pleased to accept the said report and granted
“C” Summary to the said crime.
4.In view thereof, both the Petitions filed by Original Accused so
also Original Complainant do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
