.The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits
that the Dispute Settlement Committee (DSC) has concluded that the
mediation could not successfully conclude. The petitioner would
approach the executive committee by filing an appeal as contemplated
under the guidelines.
2. In view of that, writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may
avail alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. In that event, all
contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
