. We have heard Mr. Girase, learned counsel for the petitioner.2.According to the learned counsel, this Court is considering the
present petition to the extent of establishment of Covid Care Centre
and the staff at Sillod and Soygaon Talukas. As far as other reliefs are
concerned, they are subject matter of another Public Interest Litigation.
3.The learned in-charge Government Pleader has placed on record
communication to the effect that at Sillod Taluka Covid Care Centre is
established at Durgamata Mangal Karyalay Sillod with bed capacity of
85. It was activated since June 2020 and upto 08.09.2021, 502 patients
were treated. It is also further informed that 80 beded Jumbo Covid

Care Centre is proposed to be established besides Sub-District Hospital
Sillod along with Oxygen facility. Twenty five beded DCHC is functional
at SDH Sillod since May 2020. At Soygaon Taluka 50 beded CCC is
established at Public Health Centre, Jarandi, under THO Soygaon with
bed capacity of 50 and 543 patients were treated till 08.09.2021 and
since June 2020 Nimbayati Madarsa 80 beded CCC is established.
Further 60 beded CCC is established besides RH Soygaon with Central
O2 facility.
4. In view of the same, the purpose of the public interest litigation stands fructified.
5.It is expected that now as the medical facilities are already
established, the same shall be continued for other medical
treatments/facilities if the Covid pandemic subsides.
6. Public interest litigation accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
