This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring a criminal appeal against judgment and order of conviction dated 13.4.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur in Special POCSO Case No.148/2016 whereby the applicant stands convicted for offences under Sections 376(1) and 324 of the Indian Penal Code and directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 7 years and 1 year respectively.

Heard learned counsel Shri D.A.Sonwane appointed through the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur to represent the applicant.
