merits, appellant Rajiv s/o Bhupendranath Sidhra (original complainant) was represented by Advocate Ms S.H.Bhatia appointed through the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee at Nagpur. This Court (Coram : Z.A.Haq, J.), on 31.10.2018, allowed the said appeal filed by original complainant Rajiv s/o Bhupendranath Sidhra and directed applicant/respondent-Ganpatrao s/o Mahadeorao Kapse to deposit Rs.5.00 lacs. Out of that amount Rs.5.00 lacs, it was observed in the judgment that Advocate Ms S.H.Bhatia will be entitled for Rs.20,000/- towards her professional charges.
