Heard learned counsel Ms S.B.Khobragade for the applicant on this application for condonation of delay in filing an appeal challenging judgment and order of conviction dated 18.9.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli in Sessions Case No.81/2013 whereby the applicant stands convicted for offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and directed to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 5 years. Delay is of 91 days. The applicant is in jail.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Office is directed to register the criminal appeal.
