No. 3439 of 2017 and Mr. Rajpurohit, the learned AGP for the Petitioners in all other writ petitions except Writ Petition No. 3439 of 2017.

The learned AGPs agree that these petitions can be disposed of by a common order. The learned AGPs also agree that the judgments and orders made by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT), which have been impugned in all these petitions are almost entirely based upon the reasoning in the judgment and order dated 3^rd March, 2014 made by the MAT in Original Application No. 328 of 2010 instituted by Mahadev Sitaram Gurav, which was the subject

matter of challenge in connected Writ Petition No. 1795 of 2016. The learned AGPs agree that the issues of both the facts and law involved in the present petitions are the same as the issues of facts and law involved in Writ Petition No.1795 of 2016 and therefore, the decision in the said petition will govern the fate in these petitions as well.

By a separate judgment and order which we have pronounced today, we have dismissed the Writ Petition No. 1795 of 2016. Therefore, for reasons recorded in the said judgment and order pronounced today, we dismiss all these petitions as well. Accordingly, all these petitions are dismissed. There shall however be no order as to costs.

Pending Civil Applications, if any, do not survive and the same are disposed of.
