Litigation.
2.The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as
withdrawn. No costs.
3.The petitioner was directed to deposit
Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) under the order of this
Court dated 18.04.2015. Mr. Sabale, on instructions of
the petitioner, submits that this amount be transmitted
to the High Court Bar Association.
4.The amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
be transmitted to the High Court Bar Association.
