1.We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner
and the learned AGP. The Recovery Certificate is issued
in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the order passed
by the District Consumer Forum. The Recovery Certificate
is sent to the Revenue Authority for execution. It is
submitted that even property of respondent No.3 is
attached by the Tahsildar. The respondent-Authorities
shall proceed further with the execution of the Recovery
Certificate by putting the properties attached to
auction, of-course, if there is no other impediment such
as prohibitory order passed by the competent authority.
The same shall be done expeditiously and the process
shall be initiated within three months from today. The
writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
