alternate remedy. In light of that, Mr. Natu and Mr.
Yenge, the learned counsel, on instructions seeks leave
with withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail
alternate remedy. Writ petition, as such, is disposed
of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
