Upon perusal of the contents of the First
Information Report, the offences are
prima facie disclosed and those need
investigation. Apart from obstructing the
work carried out by Respondent Nos. 1 and
2, the overt act is attributed to the
petitioners that they have damaged some
constructed work. In that view of the
matter, we are not inclined to entertain
this Petition. Hence the Petition stands
rejected.
