9.4.2013. Police report was called from the State of
Tamilnadu as the petitioner wanted to spend his furlough
leave in Tamilnadu. The grievance of the petitioner is that

the police report was not received, hence, his application for furlough could not be decided.
on 16.1.2014. On perusal of the police report and the other facts and circumstances, the petitioner's application for furlough was granted. Pursuant to the order granting his application for furlough, the petitioner was released on furlough on 4.3.2014 for a period of 21 days. In this view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous, hence, rule is discharged.
