The applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal No. 551 of 2015. This Application is for expeditious hearing of the said Appeal.

It is an admitted fact that the applicant was arrested in the year 2006.

It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that since his arrest, he is in

custody. Hence, she prays for expeditious hearing of the Appeal.
