The learned counsel for the applicant pointed out that by the order dated 5^th December, 2013, it was directed that the Appeal be added to the Final Hearing Board from 13^th January, 2014. However, despite this order, the matter is not shown in the Final Hearing Board. She further pointed out

that by order dated 22^nd September, 2015, the hearing of the Appeal was expedited and it was directed that the Appeal be placed on the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 30th November, 2015. However, despite this order, the appeal is not shown on the Board. She further pointed out that applicant/appellant has been in custody for almost 7 years and hence, the hearing of the appeal be expedited.

In view of the above facts, the hearing of the Appeal is expedited. The Appeal to be added in the Final Hearing Board in the week commencing from 1^st August, 2016.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
