11.11.2013. The said application came to be granted by
order dated 13.2.2014 by the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner was

released on parole. Thereafter, he preferred an application
for extension of parole The said application came to be rejected. Being aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred an appeal. The grievance of the petitioner is that his appeal was not decided.
Babaurao Sonar, Naib Tahasildar from the Office of the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division, Nashik. The said affidavit shows that on 17.7.2014, the petitioner preferred an appeal to the State Government challenging the order dated 5.6.2014 passed by the Divisional Commissioner rejecting
the petitioner's application for extension of parole. The State Government granted the application for extension of parole.
In this view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous, hence, rule is discharged.
