admission has already cancelled by the college at Kolhapur and the cut-off date for admission has expired long back, in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Parshwanath Charitable Trust (supra) it is not possible for this Court to pass any order in regard to the relief claimed by the Petitioner.
