Participation of public at large must be invited, which would largely help the administration in combating terrorism. It is the desire of the petitioner that certain award be conferred on the persons who discharge their duties as vigilant citizens. Award may carry even cash prizes. 2] The Counsel appearing for the Union submitted that the Administration and Law enforcing agencies are vigorously involved in combating terrorism.
