petitioner, learned AGP appearing for
respondents 1 to 5 and learned Sr. Counsel
for the respondent No.6. The subject
matter of this PIL is the order dated 8th
December, 2015 passed by the Minister
(Revenue), Government of Maharashtra,
Mantralaya, Mumbai. The operative part of

2Admittedly, the period for which
permission to excavate sand has been
granted in favour of the respondent No.6,
came to an end on 31st March, 2016.

3In that view of the matter, leaving
open all the issues / points raised by the
parties in this PIL, the PIL stands
disposed of.

 In view of disposal of PIL, civil
application does not survive and stands
disposed of. Needless to observe that,
interim relief stands vacated.
