This is an application for setting aside the order dated 29.08.2016, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the petition on the ground of non removal of office objections.
Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Order passed by the Registrar is set aside. Delay caused in presenting the application stands condoned. Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of his failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order passed in this Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.
