This is an application for recalling conditional order dated 24.06.2016, passed by this Court, dismissing the petition for want of prosecution in the event of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The conditional order passed by this Court on 24.06.2016, is recalled. Delay caused in presenting the application stands condoned. Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of six weeks from today. In the event of her failure to remove office objections within stipulated period, order passed in this Civil Application shall be deemed to have been recalled.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the applicant that her result for B.D.S. III year examination has been withheld on account of her failure to submit validity certificate.

The Writ Petition has been admitted and petitioner has been granted protection so as to facilitate her to pursue studies.

In this view of the matter, Respondents No.4 and 5 are directed to declare result of the petitioner for B.D.S. III year examination, forthwith and allow her to appear for next year examination depending upon result of III year examination.
