This application was listed for hearing on 8th
September, 2016. It was adjourned till today at the
request of the learned counsel appearing for the
applicant, by way of last opportunity. Today again, a
prayer is made for grant of adjournment on behalf of the
applicant. The same stands rejected.
2.The learned A.P.P. submits that the chargesheet
is filed. This application takes exception only to the
FIR. Having gone through the contents of the
allegations in the FIR and particularly when the
chargesheet is filed, we are not inclined to entertain
this application. The criminal application stands

rejected. However, the rejection of this application
should not be construed as an impediment in case the
applicant wishes to take up the appropriate remedy as
available in law.
