the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class,
Parali, Dist. Beed. The learned Counsel for the

applicant submits that said application is pending
since 30.05.2016.
3.In the circumstances, we direct the
learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parali,
Dist. Beed, to take a decision on the afore-
mentioned pending application filed by the
petitioner, if the same is not already decided, as
expeditiously as possible, however, within a
period of eight weeks from today.
4.Needless to observe that while deciding
the application, the Court concerned shall give
opportunity of hearing to both sides.
5.With these directions, present Writ
Petition stands disposed of.
