1. Heard both sides.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that he is
restricting his prayers in this application to prayer clause (c)
i.e temporary bail granted to the applicant be extended for a
further period of 12 months.

3. This Court had granted temporary bail to the applicant on the ground that he is suffering from cancer. This Court, by order dated 29.9.2015, extended the period of temporary bail for a further period of six months. Today, extension to the said period is sought on the ground that the applicant has to undergo chemotherapy. Reliance is also placed on certificate dated 31.3.2016 issued by Dr. Ravindra Joshi who
is an Oncologist. The said certificate states that the applicant is a diagnosed case of Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (Cancer). At present, treatment is given to him both on OPD and indoors basis as needed and the treatment includes chemotherapy. The certificate dated 31.3.2016 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
4. Learned APP, on instructions, states that indeed the applicant is suffering from cancer and is undergoing treatment for the same including chemotherapy.

5. In this view of the matter, we are inclined to grant
extension to the period of temporary bail granted to the
applicant by further period of six months.
6. The application is allowed in above terms.
