The petitioner shall file undertaking to this Court within two weeks from today that the vehicle bearing registration No.MH-15 G-9440 of TATA-407 make shall not be put to use in greater Mumbai upon the said vehicle being released to it.

The petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards fine with respondent No.2 i.e. Regional Transport Office, Wadala for having violated the order of this Court dated 3^rd March 2004.

Upon compliance of the aforesaid conditions, respondent No.2 shall release the vehicle bearing registration No.MH-15 G-9440 to the petitioner.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
