1. By consent, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
2.Ms. Tally, Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff, points out that
for greater neatness and for convenience, the entire Plaint with the

permitted amendments has been retyped by the Plaintiffs. A copy
of this retyped Plaint is to be served to the Advocates for the
Defendants on or before 16th February 2015. Even so, the
amendments permitted today will be carried out in the original
Plaint, as required by the rules.
3.It is clarified that this amendment is entirely without
prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Defendants. The fact
that the Defendants have not objected to the amendment does not
mean and is not to be construed to mean that the Defendants have
accepted or admitted any part of the Plaintiffs’ case.
4. The re-verification of the Plaint is permitted to be done by Mr. Rajan Datar.
5. Additional Written Statement if any, to be filed and served on or before 16th March 2015. Discovery and inspection to be completed on or before 30th March 2015.
6. There are two Notices of Motions pending. These are to be listed on 19th March 2015 for final hearing and disposal. Filing of all affidavits must be completed well in advance of that date.
