In view of the averments made in the application, more particularly in paragraph 3 of the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The restored writ petition shall be placed on board on 6th October, 2015 in the category of 'fresh matters.'
