1] Heard learned APP for the applicant.

2]Perused the findings recorded by the trial Court.
Prima facie, it appears that the evidence in the nature
of school record about the date of birth of the victim
girl was not properly considered by the trial Court. In
that view of the matter, this is a fit case for
admission.
