1] Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 – Wakf Board. Perused the affidavit dated 19.1.2015 filed by respondent No.2 Wakf Board. It is stated therein that the impugned tender process is recalled by respondent No. 2 – Wakf Board as the highest bid in the composite tender process was only Rs. 9786. As the impugned process is recalled, nothing survives in the writ petition and the writ petition is, therefore, disposed of. No costs.
