The writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties on the following terms:

The names of the petitioners would be taken on the Waiting List by the Education Officer, if not taken on the Waiting List till date, so that the names could be recommended by the Education Officer to the managements of the newly opened aided schools or the existing aided schools, which are allowed to open additional divisions/classes as per Rule 25-A(2) of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981, within a period of three weeks. 2) There would be no order as to costs.
