1]This petition can be disposed of in view of the

concession contained in paragraph no.8 in the affidavit

in reply by the Collector. The Collector has expressed

his willingness to take fresh decision on the proposal

for grant of freedom fighter's pension to the petitioner

¶22

in the event he produces required documents as specified

¶23

in the Government resolution dated 4.7.1995. The

¶24

petitioner assures that he would file necessary documents
with the Collector within a period of six weeks from
today.

2]If the petitioner tenders the documents, as assured,

in the office of the Collector, the respondent no.3 -
Collector shall consider the case of the petitioner and
may forward the proposal to the State Government, as
provided under the scheme.

3]With aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands
disposed of.
