By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent nos. 3 & 4 to release the unpaid salary of the petitioners.
The petitioners had filed a Pursis St. No. 8472/2014 stating therein that the petitioners would restrict the claim for recovery of salary for the period from March, 1999 till January 2000. It is stated on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 & 4 that the arrears of salary of the petitioners has been paid by a demand draft dated 11.8.2014.
By recording the statement made on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 & 4, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
