By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner regularly and also pay the arrears of salary from March, 1999.
Shri R.A. Haque, the learned counsel for the respondent no.3 management, states that the arrears of salary has been paid to the petitioner by a demand draft dated 11.8.2014. It is stated that the cause for filing the writ petition would not survive.
