Shri Dhondarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, states that since all the posts, for which the petitioner had applied and the respondents had failed to issue interview call to the petitioner, have been filled up, the petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the writ petition. The learned counsel states that the points raised in this petition may be kept open, as the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, in view of the filling up of the posts.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ
