is huge pendency of matters before the
Assistant Charity Commissioners in the

State. If the petitioner wants priority
to be given to the application made by
him in November 2013, it is for the
petitionertomakeappropriate
application before theAssistant
Charity Commissioner praying for grant
of priority to the hearing of the said
application. Considering the nature of
pendency of matters before the learned
Assistant Charity Commissioner, it is
for the said Authority to decide
whether priority deserves to be given
to the case of the petitioner.
