. Now the Claims Committee of Maharashtra Krishna Khore Vikas Mahamandal has decided the claims made by the Petitioners. It is not in dispute that the claims which are subject matter of this Petition were considered by the Claims Committee and a decision has been taken. Now, the remedy of the Petitioners is to challenge the said decision in accordance with law. We, therefore, need not keep the Petition pending and we dispose of the Petition by keeping open the remedy of the Petitioner.
