1Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
and the learned counsel for the respondent. The
respondent shall give all particulars of the
selected candidates to the petitioner within a
period of one week from today. It will be open for
the petitioner to file a complaint/application by
taking recourse to Grievance Redressal Mechanism
provided by the respondent. Such complaint/
application shall be filed within a period of three
weeks from today. If the complaint/application is
filed within a period of three weeks from today, the
same shall be decided in accordance with law as
expeditiously as possible. As far as the
substantive prayer made in this petition is
concerned, such a relief cannot be granted in writ
jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution
of India.

2Subject to above directions, the petition is
disposed of. All contentions of the petitioner are
kept open. Civil Application No.1440 of 2014 does
not survive and the same is disposed of.
