1] The learned counsel representing fourth to sixth

Respondents states that the said Respondents have filed a Revision Application before the Divisional Commissioner for challenging the order dated 3^rd September, 2013 passed by the Collector. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that hearing of the application for interim relief made in the Revision Application has been concluded day before yesterday. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth to sixth Respondents states that as per his instructions, the Commissioner has called for a report.

2] We direct the Divisional Commissioner to dispose of the application for interim relief made by the fourth to sixth Respondents as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of two weeks from today.

3] On completion of a period of three weeks from today, if there is no prohibitory order passed by any authority for preventing the delivery of possession of the properties to the Petitioner, the Tahsildar, Karjat shall take all steps for delivering the possession of the property subject matter of the Petition to the Petitioner. In such event, the action of delivery of possession of the property shall be completed within a period of four weeks from today.

4] We make it clear that we have made no adjudication on the merits of the pending Revision Application.

5] With the above directions, we dispose of the Petition.

6] In case of any obstruction by any person to the Tahasildar, it will be open for the Tahasildar, Karjat to seek help from the local police station. The officer in-charge of the local police station shall extend police help to the Tahasildar on production of authenticated copy of this order.
