. Heard learned AGP appearing for the Applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the second Respondent. In view of the averments made in the Application and in particular Paragraph 4 thereof, a case is made out for grant of extension. Accordingly, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a). Time to comply with the directions contained in the order dated 20^th June 2013 is finally extended by a period of eight weeks from today. No further extension will be granted. The Application is disposed of.
