The Petitioner, a third party to the service contract between the Respondents, by this Public Interest Litigation, challenge the appointment of Mumbai Police Commissioner. Considering the settled provision of law, and the scope of interference in such service matter including a Division Bench judgment in Anil N. Bugde v. State of Maharashtra, 2004 (3) Mh. L.J. 254 and as the matter was adjourned after hearing for admission, from time to time for instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present PIL.
2 In view of above, we are inclined to dispose of this PIL as withdrawn.
