1Heard the learned counsel for the
petitioner in both the petitions. The
challenge in both the petitions is to
the resolution passed in the meeting
dated 24th December 2003 of Raigad Zilla
Parishad by which a decision was taken
as regards distribution of the funds
received from the State Government. The
learned counsel for the petitioner
pointed out that there was no interim
relief granted in the petitions and not
only that the funds have been
distributed but the same have been

utilized in accordance with the
impugned resolution.
2Hence, due to subsequent events,
present petitions cannot be entertained
as the funds must have been already
utilized. Accordingly, we dispose of
the petitions.
